Got up this morning and went to make a cuppa, found the teabag jar empty (as usual) so topped it up from the box of teabags (Im the only one who does this!) off to the fridge for milk, someone late last nite had used the last of it and hadnt put the new carton of long life into fridge to chill, and then found when making toast the empty spread carton, had been put back into the fridge grrrr!
Anyway, that was a few hours ago, and Im now quietly sat at the kitchen table browsing AB when my daughter comes in, makes herself a cuppa and then wanders off, without asking me if i wanted a brew (although i did manage to get a good morning from her) grrrrrrrrrr
When it comes to cooking the evening meal today I am seriously tempted to just make my own and no one elses.......
you guessed she was a teen, and you felt my pain, im glad a im not alone, and no thanks for the swap, ive got plenty of boys!
Im making my self a brew, would offer you a cuppa albaqwerty if i could, i think we could have a lot in common !
They seem to come out the other side reasonable people.
(I've a list of things to do in their homes when the do leave the nest, it's not revenge, honest, it's just a mother thing!!)
I am going to lol on their made beds, leave glasses everywhere, pick my nail varnish off and leave in piles in the lounge, make toast and leave the buttery knife on the side - OMG the list is endless !!
mandy ...
do it .. seriously .. just make your own tea tonight .. then sit down and eat it . When they ask why ... you reel off all the reasons why. Do it enough times ... it works!!!
