Anyone used Explore learning?
4 Answers
I was concerned by a not very glowing report about my son's schoolwork at the last parent's evening.(i don't think he's all that bad and actually really good in some areas)
So anyway I've enrolled him onto the Explore learning tutor sessions to give his school work a helping hand .It's his second week this week and he's enjoying it.
Has anyone else used Explore learning and how have you found it for your child/children. Are they benefitting very much from their time at the sessions?...

It's a learning centre that's based in a local Sainsburys(and are generally based in sainsbury's i think)where the children attend twice weekly and practice their maths and literacy skills on a computer program that is personalised to their aptitude and how they progress with tutors on hand to assist when needed.
It costs just under £100 a month but you can get help with the fees if you receive wftc.
You only commit to attend a month at a time so I thought it was worth a whirl for a month or two to see if my son would benefit from it.
