Is the above desktop adequate to play modern pc games ?
My grandchildren think my Compaq Presario came out of the Ark,
The p6-2071 comes with an AMD A8 3800 processor and a AMD Radeon HD 6570 ( 2 GB ) with Avivo technology TV(DVB) tuner card,MPEG 4.
It's double dutch to me, but the deal with monitor seemed ok as it appears on the Hp website.
Hoping Chuck or Rojash can come up with the answer.
Blaming the grandchildren is the story I'm telling my wife anyway !
And at seventy who cares.

The CPU and the graphics card are mid range items, they should play the latest games but not on the highest settings.

Thanks Chuck, do you have any recommendations for a desktop suitable for gaming around the £600 mark.
