How to tie a tie?

can anyone help? I want a big know on my tie, but i don't want either the knot to slip down or for the tie to be really short.

What is the best way to tie a tie to achieve this?

I was just going to add that the size and shape of the knot of the tie should coordinate with the size and shape of the wings of your shirt's collar.
