Radio Times - emailing entries

Hi all
There has been some discussion here about the new email option for submitting entries. I have contacted by email the RT and asked for info about how they want the entry formatted.
My sent email and RT's reply are copied below

Subject: Prize Crosword
Hi
Recently there has been an option to enter the prize crossword by email.
How do you require the information to be added to an email?
Are entrants to type the answers into the message as text?
Can the completed puzzle be scanned and added as an attachment to the message?
regards

Hello and thank you for your email,
I am sorry for the delay in responding. The entry can be either. You can either email the answers or scan and send a PDF or JPG - it is entirely up to you.
kind regards
