If you haven't come across it already buy Ben Bracken (not a real place). It is a Speyside malt, indistinguishable, by me, from Macallan but I'm not a whisky snob. Buy it in Lidl for £17 and some pence as opposed to £36 and a few pence. Put it in a decanter and surprise/impress your friends. I'm getting another bottle tomorrow.
