Cherry Brandy
17 Answers
I've been fermenting a vat of homemade(ish) cherry brandy under the kitchen sink for a couple of months. Decanted it this afternoon. Appears to be quite potent.
I've done raspberry vodka, plum brandy, sloe gin and blackcurrant vodka before. Any other suggestions?

Just bung equal measures of sugar and fruit in an old glass sweetie jar and top it up with booze. Leave to stew until the sugar disappears, giving it a shake every day or so.
I make a few different types, and dish out bottles at Christmas. Always seems to go down well, but I don't know if folk are just being polite!
