If you allow the alternative spelling of pie (pye) then it could be Clam Pyes
(Clamp + yes)
Clam pyes (if the spelling is allowed) certainly fits the clue.
Immobilize must be clamp rather than clam, surely.
I don't think there is such a thing as Clam Sook is there?
"Sook" means a mature female hard crab with a semicircular apron.
