Surely the point of these quizzes is to make as much money as possible for the charity so the more that are sold the better so I think it is defeating the purpose by putting anyone off buying them. If you don't want to read the answers don't click into them and it you do there will be a draw as that is what happens with all quizzes.

But Margaretrae you seem to think it’s only the ‘no asking’ approach that puts people off buying a quiz. That’s clearly wrong as I pointed out in my previous post.
People who would prefer to see a ‘no asking’ approach will be put off from buying a quiz where a huge proportion of the answers are given away. That’s because they know the quiz will be a huge lottery. Your ‘don’t look at the answers’ point in support of the ‘ask as many questions as you like’ attitude is irrelevant. If 75% (say) of the answers to a quiz are given away (and that’s not uncommon) then whether anyone who prefers the ‘no asking’ approach looks at those answers is beside the point. There are plenty of others who will look and hence the number of people scoring 100% will be inflated. Hence the quiz will become a huge lottery.
‘No asking’ quizzes might also be a lottery but on average to a far lesser extent. I accept that some people will be put off buying such quizzes, ie those people who never want to submit any blank answers because essentially they know their chance of then winning the prize is diminished.

It looks like this debate needs to be put to bed as there seems to be no common ground between the two different opinions. As a final comment, I personally don't think quizzes should be advertised on a Q&A site if the Q&A site can't be used to complete them. As someone has already said, you can't have it both ways. Asking and answering is what this Answerbank is all about.

GillMack has a very valid point, which I can really appreciate, and I have thought about not putting it on here, but at the moment the choice of sites on which to advertise is limited, so to get the most sales for the cause I need to use this and others.
Of course the other point to mention is, that although I request no asking I am fully aware that I cannot enforce it, and they do still get asked, no matter what, and on other sites too, but it does help a bit.
As pulse has pointed out, and I was going to but decided that it was probably best left with Sirprizes comment, there are equally, possibly more, quizzers who prefer to struggle getting answers themselves and send entries in partially completed and takle a chance on winning, than those who must share answers to complete it, so it possibly does not reduce sales.
I personally have stopped several that I did purely for that reason, too many answers shown here so there was no chance of even coming close to winning with gaps in the answers.
But, enough said I will see how I feel next time and make some decision.
