Maybe you had indigestion when you bought it.
I decided to take unwanted clothes to the local charity shop. In the pocket of a jacket I found a tenner; spent ages wondering whose jacket I'd stolen.

Hi alba...only use bicarb for two things meself....put some in the cabbage or broccoli....cos me mum did. and use it for indegestion...cheaper than rennies and more effective..half teaspoonful in a splash of water..mm..
WE used to use bi-carb to wash out the fridge.
Good for wasp and bee stings.

Comm, I'd be feart to add it to cabbage and broc. I might save it for the brusslel sprouts lol

I think everyone used to add bicarb to boiling cabbage; it was to preserve the greenness.
