Me again! Have completed but am totally foxed by 18a viz Vessel stuck near port is of little use (8) ?O?T?E?S - have tried every ppermutation I can think of - nothing - Kyakamina, Lie-in-King etc al can you assist? The only vessel I can come up with is boat but cannot find a suitable ending
