'******' is the answer, I believe, so check your 't'.
Oh for goodness' sake! The starred-out word starts with the letters 'sa' and ends with the letters 'id' with a double 'y' in the middle. It is, of course, the final three letters that has got the robots panicking!
27 down is 'abaya' so your 'b' is adrift, too, Judy!
I'll have a go - sayyіd

The explanation, by the way, is said = declared with the two letters 'y' - ie Y's, pronounced 'wise' - included within.

Does just changing the colour confuse the censor-machine, Kempie?

Sorry... my changing the colour was a bit of a red herring!

The way to bypass the censor is to use characters not expected (or recognised) by the bot. I cannot be less cryptic than this because it relates to identity spoofing issues already encountered on this board and I fully expect (and agree with) this post being removed.

Thanks guys and gals, where I had gone wrong was that I thought that 27 down was aqaba, because a qaba is an Arab garment and thought 6d was recapitulate. many
I'm not really fussed about confusing the robot; in fact, when it picks up on something I've written, it always takes me by surprise. I shall just go on saying "Oh for goodness' sake!" which is just my AnswerBank version of the somewhat briefer expression of disbelief and frustration that I would use in normal life!
(I think I know how to do it, though...at least there was a method that used to work perfectly effectively here.)
I concur QM... it is normally so much of a rigmarole to circumvent Big ABrother's nasty word watcher that it isn't worth the effort but sometimes I feel the need to show my superiority over it when an innocent word is subjected to blatant asteriskism.

Well children, thank you very much for your help. I  would suggest that you find another forum for your infantile bickerings. Not this one. Judy.
Well said Judy !!!!!
You've confused me, Judy! Have you actually read what Kempie and I have written? There is not the faintest hint of 'bickering'...indeed, we appear to be in perfect harmony on the matter of idiotic censorship!
My "Oh for goodness sake!" was an expression of frustration with the censor-robot, not with Kempie.
Please explain.
