need a bit of help with this one.
I have been separated from my This wife for over 2 years and want to divorce her. I've only seen/spoken to her once in that time, there is no animosity between us and it was a quite friendly parting. There are no children, property or money to contest. We were married in Thailand. I don't know where she lives but I think I may find her if needed. What id I can't find her, is it going to be an easy divorce and even if I do find her will she have to be present, in Thailand, when it comes down to it. PS. She has all of the paperwork to do with the marriage, at least she took it with her so i presume that she still has it. Thanks for any help.

In August you had been separated for 3 years, now it's only two. If you wait a few more months, you won't have been separated at all, so the problem will cease to exist.
I don't understand, rojash - 2 or 3 years, he'll still need a divorce - but the paperwork is not difficult.

rojash - I made a mistake in August, must've pressed wrong key on keypad. We split in September 2010, so its just over 2 years, but your comment doesn't help in anyway!
Thankyou boxtops for at least trying to give sensible advice, appreciated. Any further help please. Thanks.
