in an attempt to shift the muffin top that has suddenly appeared over my jeans I have bought a hula-hoop.
It's huge!!! So.....will it work? Will I be more pancake than muffin by Christmas?
Will my back survive and how many ornaments will I have taken out by Saturday?

Depends how wide it is, if it completely covers the waistband of your clothes, you've cracked it. And if you can put up with the stares of folk when you're out and about while wearing it- you're golden!

Those are prettier than mine TOWIE. Had a good go this morning but will stick to one thanks!
It keeps going up the way though....bit tender on the boobs but at least I'm keeping it going.
Perhaps we can decorate them and do a turn together for the AB Christmas party. Hooping with a glass in each hand and blowing those streamer whistle things while wearing pointy hats.....oh the mind boggles. :-)
