The answer to 13A is Villain therefore the second letter in 11D is A not E so Heterogeneous cant be correct. 36A is Pinetum

The clue to 13A is Medieval feudal tenant subject to a lord. The answer is Villain the A being the second letter to 11d which therefore cannot be an E

My apologies to Dannyk13 as every where I looked had villain spelt in that way and nowhere could I find it spelt villein but apparently that is correct. The meaning of both are extremely similar which mislead me. Again my apologies and I will try harder next time
