The “ands” are not written but they are said. I normally put a “-“ when I am writing hundreds so for 111, I would write “one hundred-eleven” but if I did that with the large number it looked confusing.

I'm at 99, it might have been because I'm N Cook and this was N Clarke !! but other than that I have no idea.
