I've had a letter delivered to me by mistake and the address on the front is 10059799117 High Street, I'm just curious how you would say this figure.
Many Thanks

Ten thousand (and) fifty-nine million, seven hundred (and) ninety-nine thousand, one hundred (and) seventeen OR ten billion (and) fifty-nine million, seven hundred (and) ninety-nine thousand, one hundred (and) seventeen.
The “ands” are not written but they are said. I normally put a “-“ when I am writing hundreds so for 111, I would write “one hundred-eleven” but if I did that with the large number it looked confusing.
