Famous person at the doctors

I was in the local surgery today waiting to collect a prescription. It has a screen where the name of the next patient and the doctor to see comes up when they are called to go in.
Suddenly the screen flashed up 'Kate Middleton, Dr Smythe room 3'
There was a buzz of excitement but a middle aged woman with short grey hair stood up and went to her appointment.
Have the rest of you seen/ met people with 'famous names' ?

at which I learnt there are no less than six Doris Morrises in the UK.

Those who knew no Dr Death or Dr Crippen such as myself contented ourselves with impossible marriages
