The last few of these have been really difficult and this week's is no different. So i need some help, please ...
"This town is hardly on the tourist map - it made its name in heavy industry, in particular as the base of a game-changing machine. It was once the patch of a famous fascist, and was visited by an equally notorious but diametrically opposed political figure nine days before he was assassinated. Name the town.!
The pictures are:
(a) what looks like a mill (with a tall chimney) in red brick nestling in some trees
(b) a picture of a seemingly Asian country with domes and minaretty buildings. There's also a guy in Asian dress with a black beard and turban, holding a stick.
(c) a still from "Porridge" with Fletch and G odber looking out of the picture.
(d) some kind of industrial machine with a big spoked wheel and pistons (or whatever, I know nothing about these things).
Hope someone can help, I am completely stuck! Thanks in advance, Chox.
