Please can anyone help me with these puzzles as I am lost and at my wits end!!!!!

If plus and minus 155 days are equal then 201 and ABC are equal and 725 and 725 are equal. The hint for solving this puzzle is "not a leap year"

Second puzzle is called 29th July:

R = Edward Abnel Keli'iahonui "Dudie" Kawananahoa II

E = Bibhutibhushan Mukhopadhyay

G = Ryutaro Tatsumi

The equations to be solved here are:

N 53 20. (N-E) (T-R) (P-N)

W 002 09. (P-G) (S-P) (S-N)
