Value of antique umbrella

I have found and old brolly in the outside shed of my Victorian cottage. The brolly it is quite dirty and tatty but It has the most elegant swan neck and head handle. It has markings "BRIGG and SON London Paris" on it. Someone has suggested the black handle may be solid silver. Any idea what it might be worth?
