In the American Smooth, the dancers are allowed three lifts. Pasha and Kimberley did FOUR and yet not a word from the judges, especially not from Craig. In the past, if Brendan did an extra lift or a swoosh where his partner's feet were off the floor, Craig was on him like a ton of bricks and dropped his mark accordingly. Truly a case if your face fits.......

I noticed that too - perhaps as the first lift was part of the opening move it doesn't count? Whatever - I thought it was fantastic!
