Thanks to all those who have recently returned completed entries for the current 'Great British Cities' Quiz. Many of you have enclosed cheques for the next quiz (Great British Shires) which will be available at the end of January.

Your new quizzes will be posted out with your marked quiz sheets & answer sheets but your cheques will not be cashed until then.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us. We hope that you will continue to do so.

I am mildly confused (as usual!), according the copy I have the closing date is Jan 26th for Great British Cities, have I still got time to submit an entry,

To be truthful, in true Pedro style, I haven't even started it yet, it's just risen to the uping reaches of the to do pile.

I think DSJ is thanking everyone who has supported and just confirming that cheques for follow on quiz will not be cashed until new one is ready and then the new quiz sheets will be sent out with the answer sheets that will expire on 26th January. Hope I have that right.

Yes, of course you have time to submit your 'Great British Cities' entries. As PuzzledPedro points out, the closing date is not until the end of this month.

I just wanted to explain to those who have already requested the new quiz that their cheques will not be cashed until the current quiz has closed. Maybe I didn't explain myself very well.

Thank you DSJ, mild panic over. I thought maybe I had missed something bring the closing date forward..

Might even start the quiz later today.
