1. Soft cheese
2. Semi-soft cheese
3. Semi-hard cheese
4. Hard cheese
5. Blue cheese
6. Goat’s cheese
7. Fresh cheese

Love cheese!! The stinker the better for me! Some I get "banned" to a seperate room with by my family. They don't know a good smelly cheese is sooo giod

Totally agree Headwreck. You could always tell when my Mother was on a diet, cottage cheese, Ryvitas and Special K would suddenly appear in the kitchen.
