Every weekend when I watch Dancing On Ice I notice in the titles that there is the letter "P" on bottom left of the picture. Does anyone know what this is? Been meaning to ask for ages!

Product placement occurs in the show

Thanks factor30; that's great. Now I'm going to be looking for all the products every week!!
It's on quite a few programmes opening titles, eg Corrie, where they have, for example, ketchup in Roys Rolls, etc... Keep your eyes peeled!!
What would the "product placement" be on DOI?
The logo is actually a P in a P if you look closely, as in product Placement.
Just because you recognise a label doesn't necessarily follow that they have paid to have it featured. Clothing labels on reporters clothing for example.
The product placement is Highland Spring water (on the judge's desk and on the boards in the rink)
Same for Continental tyres (not on the desk though!)
I wondered about that too - does it mean you can see eg labels like Heinz and Fairy Liquid etc - does that what it means.
I think they (itv) are just covering their backs by putting the Product Placement logo on the titles just in case any brand names appear when they are showing the skating couples practicing as you can see the brand logos on their clothing and the advertising around the side boardings at the ice rink.
