I think Ive finished this for once, although not 100% happy with the Essex Potter... I just thought Id drop by to share what I have, as you've helped me in the past... I have Grays Elegy.... Grays being a town in Essex of course, and the elegy/potter part being (at a stretch) justified by there being an academically well-known defence of Thomas Gray by someone called Potter ( I think it was Robert Potter) .. we played with the snooker player idea too and agree re: Jimmy White ( from Tooting and lives in Surrey) although it's still tempting. Good luck, anyway! :)
