Neither- I'd expect the answer to be singular, so kennelmaid seems likely. However it depends on the theme-is it occupations or breeds of dog or can the answer be anything?

kennelmaid seems very correct to me. I'm not sure about the tenuous link between Danes and Dalmations but Dalmations has no context to "She can help to accommodate"
