Is It Possible To Run A A German Version Of The Latest Tomb Raider In English?

Bought the latest version of Tomb Raider in Austria (PC DVD IN GERMAN) and would like to know if it is possible to download a patch so I can play it in English????

The second question is : when playing the game everything is in red.

My graphic card is the NVIDIA GeForce GT 530

To fix it Right click on Tomb Raider in steam, click properties. Go to language tab, and change French to English. You will now have to download another 1gb.

For some reason steam decided to change the language to french and make you download a 1gb patch for the language. Sucks for people with caps as now you'll have to download another 1gb to get english back hah.

As for the red display I don't know a specific answer but have you got GeForce Experience http://www.geforce.com/drivers/geforce-experience/download - it enables you to get the latest driver and also to set optimal graphics settings for some games including TR (does seem to make a difference for mine).
