Rejoicing over a minor victory (£50 refund from talktalk for a random engineer charge) but otherwise just trying to keep from crying.

A very, very dear elderly relative died yesterday - quietly in her sleep, not unexpected and 'probably the way she would have wanted to go' - but I still know how much she did for me over the years and how much I will miss her.
