Which bar was I at in York?

I went to a bar in York last year, and I seem to remember the following things: It was on the river (poss Micklegate), it was on the other side of the river to where Casa was, and possibly opposite, it had an outside drinking area, it had a restaurant with booths, it had a cocktail bar, it wasn't there in 2003, it had bouncers on the door...I can't remember anything else!

Does anyone know the name of this restaurant/bar? I want to book a table there. Also, does anyone have any recommendations for somewhere nice to eat in York on a Sunday night that isn't Rish/Blue Bicycle/anywhere equally expensive?
