Dominus

Dominus actually means lord or master. In modern English terminology the word lord can translate to different meanings. For example, lord means; a man of high rank (king), but in Christianity it can also translate to mean Jesus (christ). Thus, the use of the word Dominus does not specifically mean God. To be more specific in the translation of the word god from English to Latin would be dues.

Pax pacis.

Well Dues doesn't fit the DT GK crossword.
Dominus does.
That says a lot about the people who wrote the crossword :)
