May I make a polite request that in the future you keep your posts together in the one thread by posting subsequent comments/additions as answers to your own question.  Apart from the fact that outrageous had to reply twice to your question, the eatra threads push earlier ones off the bottom of the page and then they are less likely to be seen.  Not all questions get answered as quickly as yours did.

Just trying to be helpful.
