Pick Your Poison

Afternoon,
Wikipedia is a wonderful thing sometimes. Here, for example, is a list of fictional drugs and medicines:
http:// en.wiki pedia.o rg/wiki /List_o f_ficti onal_me dicines _and_dr ugs
So here's a game: the fictional pharmacy is open and it's all available over the counter (no questions asked!)
But there's a limit, you can only take two medicines/drugs away with you.
Which two would you choose?
Bonus: tell us why - the most inventive may receive a prize!

Jeremiah Peabody's Polyunsaturated Quick-Dissolving Fast-Acting Pleasant-Tasting Green and Purple Pills are not on it or have i missed them? I'd pick them as Ray Stevens is still a great musical comic and he's on my facebook.
