Never seen one - and like you I've been looking. 'Get Your Biscuits In The Oven And Your Buns In The Bed' by Kinky Friedman is the only one of the songs usually quoted that I actually own. Great title, great novelist, but not much of a song. 'Drop Kick Me, Jesus, Through The Goalposts Of Life' is by Bobby Bare - a better bet for decent music.
