Foursomes - each letter stands for a word. I think the "T V" could be a book/film title or maybe a person/place name.

Example is: Four s in a d of c & answer is Four suits in a pack of cards. Another example is F N of G B - answer Four Nations of Great Britain. Yes, I think the Capital T V is the title of a book or maybe a film/persons name. All answers start with the word Four - hence the section of clues are called "Foursomes"

So the answer will be something like (and this is just a made up answer as an illustration of the format):
Four Cousins in Sweet Charity (where Sweet Charity is a TV programme)

so it might be 4 contestants in something.

You are getting the idea except that T V must be included as two words in the "Foursome" expression. It's driving me nuts!

Calibax has it , I think. I wrongly thought the TV was an indicator that it was a TV programme rather than the initials of a programme title
