MM and KM Links September2013 Week [4]
And another month enters its final week so both Links Games reach their climax this weekend
The KM game is run from AUSTRALIA by Seekeerz. (NB Cupid04) She has all day (our night) to devote to the KM Links Game. That will be launched early on Saturday in Q&P. No rush there - play anytime before midnight Sunday for an equal chance of points.
Here, the MM Links Game is being set throughout September by 'Joan the Wad', Queen of the Pixies, aka pixie373. After an introduction at 8:45am, the challenge itself will be posted at 9:00. Early players are more likely to claim bonus points. Game closes 7pm Sunday.
New players are always welcome in both games.
The Shrubbery is now open for socialising while I slip off to type up some notes for a (small local) photographic competition that I am judging tomorrow afternoon.
Until tomorrow then - Happy Linking

Nothing inspired me - don't know why. I do admire you for finding something every day, gen2, and making such an outstanding success of even (apparently) mundane scenes and objects.
Thanks guys. (Notes all typed out and printed off.)
Just to clarify the 'Novice' situation.
The KPS will honour my previous (albeit dated) achievements and have classified me as 'Advanced' for both 'monochrome prints' and 'projected Image' but previously I rarely entered anything in the colour-print section so remain 'Novice' for that.
I am allowed to present a portfolio of my work to the committee for them to decide. Actually, I'd rather compete for it - that way I get my name on the cup at the end of the year as proof!
Actually two chances of promotion (and two cups) - the monthly competitions and the annual exhibition.
In reply to Tearinghair:
There are two aspects to my daily photographs.
1) You develop a seeing eye and get to know what is worth taking and what is not.
2) They say 'Necessity is the Mother of Invention' and it even surprises me what I am able to pull out of the bag when I return home with just half a dozen mediocre images.
I also keep a mental note of what is available locally for emergencies - like today's autumn leaves.
