Memorial Service

Hi All

Can I have some advice please, I didn't know which category to put this on.

My work colleague and friend is going to her brother's memorial service in London next Wednesday. He died in Greece where he lived and she wasn't able to go to his funeral.

I want to get her a card to give her before Wednesday, but not sure what to put in it. She has said she is worried about it being a sad occasion, but I have said it probably will be but there will also be good memories.

Any suggestions as to what I can write in the card please.

You should write what you feel you need to write, as a friend. If we tell youwhat to write it will be meaningless

"Thinking of you today" would say it all, IMO. You don't need to elaborate.
