Prize Crossword 2d: "Grow less in bed of roses". I've got e-s- so 'ease' could fit and might mean 'bed of roses', but it doesn't feel right. Any suggestions?

I'd prefer 'Easy' - "a bed of roses" & "not showing great activity" (grow less; stock market, eg)

'Easy' sounds about right - thanks. I wasn't aware of that specialised meaning of the word.
