The question may be 'is this honourable gentleman putting off resignation until he's checked that all pension requirements have been fulfilled'.

for that kind of money I'd want him to do the laundry as well, but my standards are high..
What's the question?
isnt he saying he is a mouth for hire

which is sudduv different to cash-for-questions
Should mps be given a rise ?
The question may be 'is this honourable gentleman putting off resignation until he's checked that all pension requirements have been fulfilled'.
the issue here seems to be partly about lobbying and partly about MPs using their position to make money. I think ethically it's pretty much indistinguishable from cash for questions.

Given how lax restraints on MPs are, I wouldn't bet he's broken any rules. And his constituency may be perfectly happy having a fixer represent them.
Not a man to be trusted. Any man who orders a glass of Cabinet Sauvignon in the American Bar of the Savoy Hotel is clearly an ignorant bounder. And if he was in the foyer of the main restaurant, he shouldn't be drinking it as an aperitif.

What was the question for which he was asking payment?
MP they are to bizzy lining there pockets to do any thing good for the country
Now that is something new, support for a Right-Wing politician by a Left-Wing newspaper, couldn't be that they have more of an axe to grind by having a dig at a Right-Wing newspaper, I wonder why?

/// Mark Pritchard, MP for the Wrekin, strongly denied the claims, calling them "hurtful and malicious", and has asked the parliamentary standards commissioner to investigate the matter. ///

Perhaps he could contact Neil Hamilton for details on how he handled such scurrilous allegations in his day.
Hardly support though is it, AOG? It is a balanced account. No doubt right wing newspapers aspire to the same standards.
He has successfully sued them for libel in the past.

Not saying he is whiter than white but does smack of a paper out for revenge.
