Fred - I presume you're watching cricket. I am bipolar - not sure where I am on the "sanity spectrum".

Ferlew - my moggies are annoyed with me for keeping them awake. I live in an attic flat with a dodgy roof and I hate the wind. I have been working myself into a state. Now that it has calmed down outside I can hear them downstairs. I don't know what they are doing but it sounds like they are trashing the place.

I am off to play Scrabble on my Kindle. It is a hard life not working for a living.
I might go into my voluntary job this afternoon and see other humans.
