im stuck on this lasy question Full on New Year's Day [4] thanks for help thought of moon but do we have a full moon on new years da thankyoi for any help

We started 2014 with a New Moon, I'm not sure if that's the same as a Full Moon.

I think it's Moon - a lot of people were under the impression that there was to be a Full Moon at New Year this year, because the moon affects the tides, and we were told to expect an exceptionally high tide due to the storms.
