Seems like a good deal to me, those who may be tortured or ill treated are still protected but the scum that hate the country so much they want to do us harm can be shunted out.

A suspect is someone whose guilt is yet to be proved. Rather fundamental to our legal system.

I would agree that once found guilty of terrorism and having served their sentence they should have a one way ticket out.
