I just didn't read it properly- I assumed it was a Sports Mag.

Really sorry for confusing the matter. It doesn't have to be a sports person, just any famous person - I was just trying to explain why I thought http://anagram-solver.net/ couldn't help me. I am pretty sure that Bruno Mars will be the answer. I've no idea why anagram-solver didn't come up with him. Thanks to all of you for taking the time to contribute.
