The only word that fits is CHEQUE

Order is the extra word.
Prompt = Cue
Quality = ? HEQ why?

Does Explosive mean Cheque? Chambers does not show this meaning.

I wasn't aware of HE for high explosive.

My solution would have been correct but for wrong reasons.
