I doubt the queen will have anything to say on what her granddaughter does with her great-granddaughter. I assume they objected to selling wedding photos to Hello on the grounds that they would be in the photos themselves, but that's not the case this time.

The Queen is not going to tell you anything about her personal feelings or by email. If you write to her you will get something back from a Lady in Waiting along the lines of
I am commanded by Her Majesty the Queen to write and thank you for your letter of 25 February.
I am sorry to inform you that It is not possible for her to comment on matters concerning members of the Royal family.
