I Have Not Had A Lot Of Luck With These And Would Appreciate Any Help.

I would really like to get to the bottom of these two puzzles. I have tried here once but thought I would give it another go.

The first puzzle is as follows:

So I spent last Saturday driving around Lancashire picking up a load of geocaching containers I had bought on Ebay. I started at home and drove up to Ainsdale Drive in Preston where I was supposed to pick up some film pots but the seller wasn't in.

Frustrated, I continued on to nearby Chorley where I knocked on the door of "Dunroamin" in Brunswick Street. At least this seller was in and I loaded the car with 9 ammo cans.

I continued my journey by going across to Troutbeck Road, Chorley and then finally to Butler Street in Preston. All done, I headed home and prepared the listing for a couple of caches.

The answer should be a set of co-ords, i.e. N53 24.378 W002 07.869. I think I need some form of code but don't know what to google.
