If a member is a past or present member of the armed forces they may be addressed as "Honourable and Gallant", although this is very rarely used in the Commons nowadays.

Past members of the Armed Forces.
MPs refer to each other by 'Honourable Member' and by constituency.
'Honourable and Gallant' for a former member of the armed forces and 'Honourable and Learned' for a QC
And apparently rarely used these days ! :-)
