I've often been told off for giving answers to Quiz questions .
I don't think it's fair though to come along with a shopping list .If someone is really stuck on couple or three than that's fair enough
Thing is I don't know when these quizzes have to be in or whether the setter has requested that people don't ask on internet sites so answer innocently and then get told off by the Quiz police.
I only do Macmillan and Rainbow and I see that's already being asked in spite of the fact that people have three months to complete it .

I don't see the closing date is relevant? I would lose a quiz after 3 months, forget it or not have time, so would do it straight away and send it off.
I think some of the setters are a little mistaken in thinking that people won't buy a quiz if they've seen answers online - i think it's usually the opposite. Some are even odder- they send the quiz out completely free and only make money if/when returned!

Setters are not mistaken when they say it spoils it for others and sales are lost as this comes from the people themselves that are buying and supporting the charities concerned that make these statements. It is very difficult for quiz setters to know what is the best way forward in dealing with these problems without upsetting people and at the same time doing their best to make much needed funds for their respective chosen charities. I know as a quiz setter and one who supports others in buying their quizzes.
