This morning I was informed that my subscription to the Telegraph Puzzles site had been Cancelled or Expired and I am unable to access puzzles on line. This is despite being up to date with payments. Is anyone else in the same position?
Thanks for that. It is a little difficult from South Africa as I would expect to be on the line ages listening to inappropriate music until someone is free to discuss the problem. I have emailed but an answer is not expected for many days.

i ha a similar problem and ended up redoing subscription with different email and different credit card..they hadn't cancelled me, they just could not give proper information to reinstate after their website crashed..the UK number to call does not work in US so it led me to do the above..don't know WHAT all is going on with them..and most of the ne info they gave me didn't work..keep at it!
