i think i would have taken my chances with the lions first off, but then again....

My friend and his family were about six cars back, as he said, very scary. What worried him more though, was having to drive past a burning vehicle that could have exploded as any minute. Still, glad everyone was OK!

I'm not suggesting feeding them ^^^^^ to the Lions, just speculating if that was the reason

i was thinking that - why didn't the other cars toot the horn or whatever to attract their attention, there must have been a queue, so could have offered an open door

the time we visited the lions were soporific, probably just been fed

I think the rangers were on the scene pretty quick, with a lot of shouting to stay in your cars and not open the doors.
This is all second hand of course.
