The def is “For this cheese…” – in other words, to get the answer use the following wordplay. If you split the answer to read LIMB URGER then you can read this as ‘someone who urges a limb’ although, of course, until we swap those base words for some synonyms it doesn’t make much sense. A limb can be a fork as in the branch of a tree, so a limb urger might be someone recommending that. There’s the important word – ‘might’. We can’t say for certain that someone recommending the fork in a tree branch is a limb urger but, cryptically, it MIGHT be readable that way.
